State the MAX VIP Level you qualify for based on your historical volume. Applications approvals are subject to reviews, which generally takes 3 business days.
The applied VIP level will be applicable for 30 days. After that, your trading volume on MAX will serve as the basis to determine the applicable VIP level.
Only one VIP invitation program application is allowed per trader.
In general, the calculation of the customer’s trading volume is denominated in New Taiwan Dollar. MAX will take the current year's yearly average crypto price for the calculation purposes.
