What is the Avalanche staking protocol?

Avalanche Network is a high-performance and low-latency blockchain platform designed for decentralized applications (DApps), DeFi ecosystems, and enterprise-level use cases. What are the risks of staking?

Loss of assets may occur if the private key of the staking node is compromised. Abnormal reward distribution may arise if the consensus mechanism is poorly designed. The Avalanche network may experience temporary interruptions or losses due to technical or security vulnerabilities.

What fees are charged for staking?

10% of the generated yield will be charged as fees. If yields are received in MAX Tokens, the fee will be waived.
